Georgina is a Devon-based estate agent specialising in the Mid and East Devon property market, including Cullompton and surrounding villages. Having grown up locally, she offers in-depth knowledge to guide clients through every stage of buying and selling.

A graduate of Harper Adams University with a degree in Rural Enterprise and Land Management, Georgina has built a strong reputation for selling homes across Mid Devon. She is known for her honest advice, proactive approach, and excellent client care.

Georgina delivers a modern, tailored service, combining traditional values with innovative marketing, including professional photography, video tours, and strong online exposure.

She prides herself on providing a personal, bespoke experience with clear communication throughout. Outside work, she enjoys travelling, the South West Coast Path, and ultra-marathons.

Born and raised in Mid Devon, Lauren has excellent knowledge of the local area. She lives in Willand with her two children and is passionate about helping families find the right home.

Before starting her family, Lauren worked for Ocean Estate Agents as a Move Manager, where she gained valuable experience of the property market and the full buying and selling process. Now balancing life as a mum alongside working for herself, she has a deeper understanding of the needs of growing families - from school catchments and garden space to flexible living.

Outside of work, Lauren is a keen runner and loves nothing more than bundling the kids into the car and heading off on an adventure.
